Working in teams the group setup their own airline, construct their own aircraft and then fly them! There are five elements to the Challenge:
 Concept
; Construction; 
Marketing
; Brand; Design and the 
Maiden Flight!

  • £1200 + Vat

    This cost is for a group size up to 24 people in a standalone single team session. VAT will be added to this cost. See also the ‘What’s included’ section.

  • 3 Hours

    Perfect team building challenge for a morning, afternoon or a full day.

  • 15 to 60 delegates

    Work as small groups, gradually blending to become a whole team working as one seamless unit.

  • Reasonably Physical

    Gets people moving about but it is not strenuous. We are always empathetic to everyone’s personal abilities.

  • £1500 + Vat Facilitated Option

What's included in these costs?

  • Challenges & activities for up to 24 delegates.

    These costs are based upon team sizes up to 24 people. Extra attendees will be charged at £20 pp + Vat.

  • Highly skilled facilitators and instructors

    We’ve been trading since 2002 so you can trust us to deliver your day with integrity, knowledge and skills aquired over many years.

  • Our mileage costs for the first 100 miles.

    Thereafter mileage will be charged at 45 pence / mile

What's not included in these costs?

  • VAT

    VAT will be added to these costs at the time of invoicing.

  • Hotel or venue costs

    Since venues have so many variations and cost options we are happy to source the venue and then hand over the contact to yourselves to complete the booking.

  • Catering and refreshments

    The same conditions apply to the catering as they do for the venue – but generally your venue will arrange all of the catering anyway.

  • Why?

    Need some time out, to have fun, to get to know each other and to feel energised? (If you aim to have a learning outcome, explore our Facilitated Team Building Events)

    Work out exactly who is attending and link this to your ‘Why’. Half or full day, indoors, outdoors or more adventurous. It’s your choice and needs to fit with the team.

  • Where?

    City centre or country house hotels, training centres to small boutique country pubs on the South Downs. There will always be the perfect venue to suit your team, your aims and your budget

  • When?

    Synchronise your diaries! Q1 or Q4? Half or full day? Evening? Spring, Summer, Autumn or Winter?
