Theme: Stepping Back to See Clearly

Guided walk in the surrounding environment
Walking prompts exploring self-awareness and emotional patterns:

Silent reflection period followed by small group discussion on return

Facilitated session on recognising and managing emotional responses
Empathy mapping exercise: understanding how others experience situations differently
Small group role-play: navigating a challenging conversation with emotional awareness
