11:15 โ€“ Outdoor Leadership Challenge.
Theme: Leading When It Matters

Guided outdoor activity designed to surface how your team leads and follows under pressure
Structured challenges exploring communication, delegation, and decision making without a script:
Who steps up when there's no clear structure โ€” and who steps back?
What does your leadership style look like when the pressure is on?
Debrief on return: what the activity revealed about your natural leadership behaviours

12:00 โ€“ Managing Performance & Motivating Individuals.
Theme: Getting the Best from Your People

Facilitated session on what really motivates people โ€” and why one size never fits all
Understanding the difference between managing performance and truly developing people
Small group activity: building a practical approach to a real performance or motivation challenge from your team
Group debrief: what changes when you lead the person, not just the task?
