Expert Facilitation
Each session is led by an experienced Fire Events facilitator who creates a safe, open environment for the group to explore diversity and inclusion honestly โ moving beyond tick-box awareness into genuine understanding and meaningful behaviour change.
Tailored Themes
Topics can include unconscious bias, allyship, equity vs equality, inclusive leadership, psychological safety, or bespoke themes relevant to your organisation and the diversity challenges your teams are navigating.

11:15 โ Outdoor Inclusion Challenge.

Guided outdoor activity designed to surface how inclusion and exclusion show up in group dynamics
Structured challenges exploring fairness, voice, and belonging without labels:

What does it feel like to be on the outside of a group โ and how quickly can that change?
Debrief on return: what the activity revealed about your team's inclusion habits
12:00 โ Unconscious Bias & Its Impact.
Theme: Seeing What We Don't See
Facilitated session on how unconscious bias works โ and the very real impact it has on people and decisions
Exploring where bias shows up in hiring, feedback, promotion, and everyday interactions
Small group activity: examining real workplace scenarios through a DEI lens
Group debrief: what surprised you โ and what will you look at differently from now on?

14:00 โ Allyship & Inclusive Leadership.
Theme: From Awareness to Action
What it means to be an active ally โ and why good intentions aren't enough without action
Group activity: "The Inclusion Gap" โ honest, facilitated conversation about where your organisation is falling short
Exploring how leaders set the tone for inclusion โ and what inclusive leadership looks and feels like in practice
Pair work: identifying one concrete action each person will take to be a more active ally from tomorrow
15:15 โ Outdoor Closing Activity.
Theme: Clarity & Commitment
Short outdoor session in pairs or small groups
Guided reflections:
What one change would make our workplace more inclusive for everyone?
