Reset, Reconnect, Recharge
10:00 โ Meet at Lewes Station
Weโll gather outside the station, do some relaxed intros, and set off together. No formal activities here โ just a warm welcome and a few words on the route. A great chance to switch off and settle in.
10:30 โ Walk: Lewes โ Blackcap โ South Downs Way โ Return via Offham
We head up Chapel Hill and onto the South Downs Way, gently climbing toward Blackcap, one of the best viewpoints in East Sussex.
Along the way, youโll have time to chat with others, walk quietly, take in the views โ whatever you need.
Our guide is there to keep things flowing, point out interesting sights, and make sure no one gets left behind.
At the top, weโll pause for a break โ bring a flask and a snack if you like.
Youโll be treated to panoramic views over the Ouse Valley and down toward the sea.
Weโll loop back along a quieter track that leads through Offham Down, gradually descending toward Lewes. Itโs a peaceful, scenic return with chances to spot wildlife or wildflowers depending on the season.
13:30 โ Return to Lewes.
Weโll finish where we started โ back at Lewes Station.
13:30 โ Pub lunch
What better way to round off the walk...a pie and a pint maybe?

Mileage is charged for at 45 pence per mile (from our base in Ilkley)
For morning events (9am start or earlier) where our journey is over 2 hours then hotel accommodation the night before would be required as this allows our team to arrive at the venue the day beforehand and set up all in good time for your event.
Likewise, where we have a return journey of more than 2 hours with an evening (or late afternoon) event finish then hotel accommodation for our team would also be required.
This accommodation cost would be chargeable at cost.

>> At the heart of every thriving workplace is a culture that sees people โ not just as employees, but as whole human beings. A well-being culture isnโt a policy or a perk; itโs the everyday moments of care, connection, and courage that shape how people feel at work. Itโs built in conversations, in how we listen, how we lead, and how we show up for one another. When we choose to prioritise well-being, weโre not just improving performance โ weโre creating places where people can belong, grow, and do their best work together.
