Why Fire Events
We have been operating as Fire Events since August 2002 - that will be eight years this August! Eight years is quite a long time. In this time we have learnt an awful lot about exactly what is team building, what makes people tick, what makes people happy, what makes them laugh and what, in the work place, makes them sad.
It is from this learning that we have designed, created and developed the business, from our small one man band beginnings, to the organisation that it is today.
Our Commitment…
We absolutely keep the customer - you - as the central focus point for everything we do. Visualise a bicycle wheel... you are the hub, with lines of communication radiating outwards towards us, Fire Events, as the tyre. We encapsulate you, we listen to you, we study you, we nurture you, we look after your every need.... in fact, for us to implement the standard of the team events that we do, we totally immerse ourselves in your culture, so that we know down to the smallest detail, just what makes your people and your organisation tick.
That way, when you choose us to run your event or development program you know in your heart that you have chosen wisely.
Referrals and repeat business make up over 65% of the events that we run each year, with organisations such as British Waterways, Halifax, Teenage Cancer Trust, British Gas, Ramada Hotels, and Yorkshire Forwardcome back to us year after year.
Some of our events are just for fun; simply to tick the fun, reward and recognition box in the delegate's minds. Other events are not events at all, they are in fact an going development programs that run for between six to twelve months. Fun forms a large part of these however, for the day we stop having fun is the day we depart this earth. As one of our sayings goes "You don't stop playing because you grow old.... you grow old because you stop playing..."
It's quite funny really, that age old Team Building process, that process that brings people together for the greater good. You'll actually experience it for yourself just by the simple fact of making contact with us. Once we begin to build a relationship with yourselves and you start to realise our potential and you begin to trust us to deliver what we promise, you'll find that we, as a team will begin the transformation through the stages of team development right through to maturity. some of our client relationships have gone this way, the one with the old HBOS, now Lloyds has. Our contacts there know that they can call us, give us the brief and then put the phone down and relax. Our "machine" then kicks in. Our machine that creates events, designs programs and delivers wonder and excitement to all that attend.
We achieve this because we form a team working relationship with you, we know what you desire, what you need and what your organisation needs in order to succeed. In pure simple form... we practice what we preach... not that we actually preach though, but you get the drift.
