Your personality is what makes YOU who you are, its the thing that makes you different from every other person in the world. Not only does your personality make you special, it makes you unique!

This simple icebreaker is designed as a useful test of the personality traits of the drawer. The participants are given incredibly easy instructions, to draw a pig on a blank piece of paper! It is completely up to the drawer to decide what the pig looks like, there is no right or wrong. When the pigs are drawn, we interpret the meaning of the pigs, for example.. how you see yourself, how you see others, and how people see you.

This allows the participants to realise that we are all different and that we have different perceptions and views of the world around us. These differences between the delegates (and the children) are easily linked to job roles and personality traits and so allows this task to be a great first step to understanding our teams and the interactions between team members.
