A test of your communication methods, as you and your team pick up the key components of the jigsaw....whilst being blindfolded and ear protected! In front of you is a red biohazard container, surrounded by a number of smaller containers. Together, they contain an essential clue. However they are full of dangerous biohazards.

For safety reasons an area has been cordoned off around them for which no-one is allowed in. A 'hooking cage' has been rigged up using the rope and pulley mechanisms you see attached to the three trees/supports.

Your task is to move the red container and the smaller silver containers from their start points to the finish point that is marked, using only the 'hooking cage' and rope mechanism that dangles from the supports. Only then can you touch the containers to retrieve your clue.

Your team must split itself up and designate roles to each other, this should promote a leader to the group. Part of the team will be in control of the ropes, but they will be faced away from being able to see what they are doing. This requires their designated team members to communicate effectively to guide them to retrieve the clue.

This activity can be run at almost any venue across the UK and can be adapted to suit your needs and objectives. The activity can be run alongside and as part of other tasks and games to make it even more enjoyable. The task will be under professional supervision from the highly experienced Fire Events staff so you will have nothing to worry about apart from having fun!
