Proctor and Gamble Case Study
Proctor and Gamble enjoyed a lovely summer awayday up at Chevin Country Park Hotel in Otley. The weather was warm and sunny which made the day even better for the 36 delegates that attended. 6 teams were formed and had to locate the gold bullion that was hidden inside the security vans somewhere in the area.
This made the participants have to work together as part of a treasure hunt. The hotel is surrounded by 50 acres of fine woodland, it was a great way to get away from the pressures at the office whilst working as a team to solve challenging clues. The treasure hunt eventually led them to the lake just at the front of the Hotel. They then had to design, create and re-design rafts in the attempt to sail out over the blue yonder safely.
