What's it like where you work?

People love working here

No - they really do! Our organisation values individuals who contribute positively to the vision, and its a vision we all believe in. Leadership is strong and taking us in the right direction, whilst managers empower us to do our jobs well. Everyone is clear about policy and expectations from the start, and we receive relevant and helpful development from then on.

This is not a great workplace

What a pity - a place where people don't really like to be will struggle to bring out the best in them. Morale might be low due to inflicted changes or difficult circumstances from outside the organisation's control.
