Motivation and engagement can be a problem when young people are struggling to find ways to express their identity, and are desperately trying to make the point that they are different and don't want to conform.

Peer pressure can also prevent the whole group engaging with learning opportunities, if a natural leader within it sets the pattern of refusing to get involved.

We zero in on those leadership qualities, and turn them to more positive use. We provide an atmosphere that's fun and intriguing, and capable of catching the attention of the most cynical and reluctant team member, as well as encouraging the whole group to have fun and learn while they are doing it.
