Get Knotted is a great activity to promote leadership skills whilst strengthening communication between a group. The aim of the game is to untie the knots that are in the rope, however it isn't as easy as it sounds. Due to the rules that are in place it makes it rather difficult to achieve your task without working together. Throughout this task each team member must adhere to the brief, otherwise they will fail.

- You must hold the rope with both hands at all times.
- Your palms must face downwards.
- You cannot slide your hands along the rope.
- You must evenly spread yourselves along the entire length of the rope form the outset.

You must adapt to help your team members whilst also doing your own job, this is an important skill that delegates can take back to work with them.

This activity can be run at almost any venue across the UK and can be adapted to suit your needs and objectives. The activity can be run alongside and as part of other tasks and games to make it even more enjoyable.
