18 delegates from Howdens Joinery enjoyed a superb winters day team build at Chevin Country Park Hotel in Otley. The objective of the event was simple; "We want a fun day to bring the team closer together".

The teams sply themselves in to three groups whilst taking part in the icebreaker 'Raising the Stakes'. A Ray Mears style survival session in the woods followed, the teams had to make their shelters, make fire, brew a hot drink and make bacon butties... all before competing in our very own 'Team Zone Challenge' which included the activities Stepping Stones, Pottery Spinning and a gigantic Spiders Web!
