CCCS Case Study
The the CCCS (consumer credit councelling service) are the UKs biggest debt management orgainisation with nearly 100,000 customers. The credit crisis has exacerbated the situation markedly in the past 2 years and as a result the organisation found itself expanding rapidly.
Fire Events was recommended by another of our clients, Lowell Group in Leeds, to devise and run an ongoing SMT Leadership Program. This ran for 10 months with the final module being delivered in July 2009. The course was ran for 14 members of the SMT team.
